Mindset – Master your mind
Success!!! What is it? What does it really mean to be successfull? Is it the dream job? Dream relationship? Your ultimate physique? These could be the questions we ask ourselves to “check in” and evaluate our lives.
My background is Health and psychology. I’ve studied the human mind since I was 14 & have been deeply fascinated with the way the human body is made up. To this day it still blows my mind what we have. Most of all, how mindset plays a big role in success and human performance. I’ve worked in the field of personal training and group training for 15 years. during this time I have had the privilege to work with many different people of various backgrounds and abilities. I’m grateful that I found my passion in life and I strive to help others find theirs.
I would love to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and give you the tools to create lasting change and fulfillment in life. Where ever you are at in your journey, to move forward and progress, mindset must be treated like a muscle. We workout our muscles when we want to make a change in our physical appearance. What about our minds? Our Brains? We need to approach the greatest asset you have with daily exercise. Build it like a muscle, challenge it, get it out of its comfort zone.
So I would like to start with that…. Why are you so keen on making a progression in your physical body? Do you have as much desire to be sexy on the inside as well as the outside. True beauty comes from within!
TIME TO STEP UP!
In order to progress in any aspect of your life you must build your mindset, you must get out of your comfort zone!
We love being in our comfort zone, our brains were designed to keep you inside that zone for safety and to avoid FEAR. Once we realize that, we know that it is completely normal to step outside that zone and experience that uncomfortable feeling. this process is absolutely essentials in order to PROGRESS in life. Progression is about growth, growth is a human need. In order to progress we need to adopt a winning mindset and get out of your comfort zone. Do this repeatedly and you will make the unknown zone your new comfort zone. Then wow!!! You have now changed a ritual or developed a new habit that will give you the outcome that you strive to have. Then you find a new way to get outside your comfort zone and move towards your goals.

If you had ever made the decision to lose some weight and get fit or live a healthier lifestyle then you are 99.9% of the population. What’s the difference between someone who loses 30kg then puts it back on and someone who loses 30kg and keeps it off for life and knows it’s never going to come back on? The simple short answer to that is MINDSET! You can follow the best program in the world and have the best strategy, and get the result you are after, but if your Mindset isn’t where it needs to be to sustain it, then it will be a dream short lived. Success is 80% mindset and 20% strategy.
This mindset applies to all aspects of life, if you want to improve your nutrition, the exercise you do, the type of work you perform then building the mindset is crucial. This is a life long journey that leads to total fulfillment and happiness. That is why it is my mission to help people make that transition and gain an understanding as to WHAT to start doing & WHY to start doing it.
