Group training is a fun, effective & safe way to achieve your health & fitness goals. Everyone who decides to participate will be prescreened and the program is then catered for your abilities. We strongly believe that improving movement of the body is essential to achieving and maintaining long term success.
The program has been designed by Rob Simms-Reeve, an expert in Human Movement Science. With his background in Human performance, 16 Years industry experience and passion has led to the design. The Goal is to continually apply the most efficient and effective health solutions.
