Group training is a fun, effective & safe way to achieve your health & fitness goals. Everyone who decides to participate will be prescreened and the program is then catered for your abilities. We strongly believe that improving movement of the body is essential to achieving and maintaining long term success.
The program has been designed by Rob Simms-Reeve, an expert in Human Movement Science. With his background in Human performance, 16 Years industry experience and passion has led to the design. The Goal is to continually apply the most efficient and effective health solutions for you.
We take you on a journey from being unfit, tired and lethargic to fit, happy, healthy and energetic.
The Price entitles you to 3 sessions per week, locations may vary for excitement and adventure. We cater for the inner city fringe and western suburbs.
All member receive the 28 day Fat Loss Formula to help reset the body and maximise your results. It’s the perfect stepping stone to boost you towards the new you!
We encourage you to commit for the first 4 weeks. Then we can see if its the right fit for you.
